Many guests at Thistle Cheltenham Hotel are in town for a festival. Cheltenham has no fewer than five festivals, devoted to Literature, Music, Science, Jazz and, perhaps most famously, National Hunt racing.
It is one of the few hotels in Cheltenham situated near the town’s original attraction, the ‘waters’, with Princess (later Queen) Victoria, the Duke of Wellington, Jane Austen and Lord Byron among the Spa’s devotees. Whilst they would probably still recognise many of the town’s beautiful Regency streets and gardens, the Thistle Cheltenham has comforts and conveniences they could never have even imagined.
We have 122 bedrooms, including Suites, and 15 meeting rooms, the largest seating 400 people theatre-style. On-site parking is available at a small additional charge.
